If you are viewing StoryWriter with the KidsVoyager Browser or Microsoft Internet Explorer, JavaScript can be enabled by launching Internet Explorer and selecting tools, then internet options, security, internet, then "CUSTOM LEVEL", and enabling "Active scripting".
