- One Full Hour of Phone or Video Consultation with a Specialist Who Utilizes KidsVoyager Online on a Daily Basis. This Hour Need Not be Used All at Once.
- Unlimited Email Consultation.
- Additional Phone/Video Consultation May be Purchased. (The cost for this is $65.00 per half-hour, or prepaid at $240 for 2 Hours; $450 for 5 hours. If you think your child has fallen behind, we strongly recommend that you speak with us on at least a weekly basis at the beginning. This way, you can be assured that you and your child are receiving the best possible instruction. We will help you with any aspect of your child's literacy, help prepare lesson plans tailored specifically for you and, in general, provide guidance regarding the best way for your child to improve. This includes not only lesson-oriented material, but general, interaction-based help as well. Remember, we have highly skilled experts who do this every day! The Price for a One Year Family Membership is $285.00 per year.

A KidsVoyager Online One Year Professional Membership includes everything above, at the same price (for 3 Computers, the cost is $485.00; for 6 computers, the cost is $685.00), but the software corresponding to each membership may only be installed and used on one computer. Phone consultation is unlimited, and your clients or students receive a 25% discount on KidsVoyager Online. Returns
Once you have signed up, you may use KidsVoyager Online
risk-free for 30 days. If you contact us within those 30 days requesting a
refund (for any reason), your money will be promptly refunded. This is an
unconditional satisfaction guarantee.
The easiest way to get a refund is to contact us directly at sales@kidsvoyager.com. Or, you may phone us. Please make sure to include all information initially given in your order, plus your SWREG Order ID, your KidsVoyager Account ID, and your Username. If you did not record this information, you can find it in the original emails you received from SWREG and from us.
